About the Role:

Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring for a Machine Operator opening! This 3rd shift - 12 hrs. (7PM -7AM ), full-time, long-term opportunity can lead to permanent hire. Located in Rutherfordton, NC. Pay is $18.88/HR.

Responsibilities Include:

• Apply urethane coating to nylon textile and monitor machine variables.
• Perform QC inspections, track defects, and ensure adherence to Acceptance Criteria.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete required paperwork.
• Complete routine operations, including chemical handling, roll flagging, and equipment cleaning.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to read and interpret instructions and specifications.
• Can communicate and engage effectively with team members.
• Able to perform various physical movements like standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, grasping, and gripping.
• Qualify pre-employment drug screen and background check.
